General Questions

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and PayPal.  You don’t need to have a PayPal account to place an order.

Do you store my credit card information?
We don’t.  We use your credit card information to run the purchase transaction you’re currently working with, then forget it.  Your credit card information is never stored on our servers.

I’d like to include a special note with the flowers…
Of course.  Please use the “Card message and special instructions” box on the checkout form.  We’ll happily transcribe it onto a nice card for you.

Can I specify a delivery date?
Absolutely! You can specify a delivery date and/or provide detailed directions using the “Card message and special instructions” entry box on the checkout form.

Why do you need a delivery phone number?
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we like to ensure that someone will be present when we deliver them, especially during the summer and winter months.

Other Information

A few other things to note about ordering from My Favorite Florist:

• Orders must be received by 1:00 PM MST for same day delivery. Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be delivered the following day (or later, if specified).

• Orders placed over the weekend (on Saturday or Sunday) will be processed on the following Monday.

• We charge a flat $9.95 fee for delivery to Westminster, Broomfield, and Arvada. Please call regarding delivery to other areas.
